We're incredibly proud of our Learning Skills for Life (sponsored by Diageo) program's recent graduates, Pei Shih Wong and Kevan Cotton. On Wednesday, they shared their inspiring journeys on FOX 5 DC Live Zone Primetime with Chris Smith and Tony P. They gained more than bartending and mixology skills (trained by Professional Bartending School)—they built confidence, learned financial and job-readiness skills, and discovered the power of believing in themselves.
From crafting creative cocktails and mocktails to sharing how showing up, working hard, and embracing new opportunities changed their lives, Kevan and Pei reminded us that growth begins with taking that first step.
