The Washington Literacy Center (WLC) is pleased to announce the election of new members to its Board of Directors, further strengthening the organization’s leadership as it works to expand adult literacy, digital skills, and workforce opportunities across the District of Columbia. The Washington Literacy Center and Politics and Prose Bookstore are partnering up again up to offer holiday gift wrapping. Donations go to benefit our adult literacy and workforce development programs. Come to Politics and Prose to find the perfect book or gift and give while giving back.
