The Washington Literacy Center launched the second in our series of Health & Wellness surveys on February 9th to gauge the needs of our students and customers during the pandemic. WLC President Jimmie Williams testified before the DC Council’s Committee on Health about the difficulty seniors and those with low literacy and other barriers are having when trying to register for vaccine appointments.
