WLC Staff Meets with San Salvador Officials

WLC President Jimmie Williams and staff met with DC sister city San Salvador's Mayor Ernesto Luis Muyshondt García Prieto, First Lady Karla Belismelis de Muyshondt and the San Salvador Municipality staff. We had a great discussion about adult literacy, teacher training and WLC's successful ESL curriculum that teaches adults how to read in English when they struggle to read in their native language. We look forward to continued collaboration with Mayor Bowser, the Secretary of the District of Columbia, Kimberly Bassett and with our sister city! #adultliteracy #ESL #washlit
