Holiday Book and Toy Giveaway Presented by BIGO LIVE

On Friday, December 23rd, WLC invited learners, TEP participants, and their children to the Center to celebrate their accomplishments. We hosted a spirited “Holiday Book and Toy Giveaway” where every child present received books and toys, volunteers led the children in games, and five lucky adults won $50.00 gift certificates for groceries. Moreover, everyone ate delicious food, listened to holiday music, and chatted amiably.

BIGO LIVE, a streaming platform and generous supporter of WLC, made the event possible. Lastly, 25 children and 13 caregivers attended the celebration despite the dreary rain and cold weather.
