The inaugural Washington Literacy Center "Links 2 Literacy " Golf Tournament was held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at PB Dye Golf Club. Golfers turned out for a day of golf and fun in great weather and a beautifully conditioned golf course. All proceeds go to help us fulfill our mission to raise the literacy level of adults in the DC metro area so that they may function on the job, in the family, and in society.

We also owe a huge THANKS to the PB Dye Golf Club Director of Golf, Pete Collins, and his staff who were FANTASTIC in providing support for the our event! Finally, this event could not have occurred were it not for the golf tournament committee led by Chair Lisa Mallory, Ph.D, Ken Patton, Ryan Knight, Vernon Wimberley, Roger Wynn, WLC staff, and volunteers.
