With more than 17 years of experience in the banking and finance industry followed by a decade as an entrepreneur and consultant – he helped built and develop a robust portfolio spanning multiple residential housing development, business buyout, mergers & acquisition, C&I, ground up construction of shopping centers, investment properties and gas stations. His expertise in risk assessment, underwriting, credit analysis, loan packaging, and complex financing structures combined with his resilience, servant -leadership mindset and deep understanding of business ownership, cash flow and people stand as true testament to his success and reputation as a trusted financial leader.
He lives with his husband Avinash Adriatico-Thadhani, son AJ, and their dog Bella in Washington DC.
