Breanna Bledsoe leads Amazon's public policy initiatives in the District of Columbia and West Virginia, where she builds strategic partnerships with state and local leaders to advance community-focused solutions. Prior to her current role, she managed Amazon's corporate political contributions program across multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining Amazon in 2022, Breanna served as Head of Government Partnerships at Spin, directing government relations and regulatory compliance across the US East Coast. Her public policy expertise was honed as Legislative Director for DC At-Large Councilmember Robert C. White, Jr., where she advanced key legislation in housing, workforce development, and small business growth. She also served as Staff Attorney at the District Department of Transportation.
A member of the California Bar, Breanna holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in Social Science from San Diego State University. She brings both legal expertise and deep public policy experience to her current role advancing Amazon's community partnerships and policy objectives.
