Ben Lowe is a Vice President at Cresa, where he specializes in representing tenants throughout Washington, DC and across the United States. He advises organizations ranging from single-location nonprofits to multi-site global portfolios, helping them develop and execute high-level real-estate strategies that align with their operational goals, financial priorities, and long-term growth plans.

Originally from Western Massachusetts, Ben moved to Washington, DC after graduating from Ithaca College in upstate New York to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Known for his analytical approach and collaborative style, he works closely with executive teams to translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable decisions that align with broader organizational goals and initiatives.

As a member of the Washington Literacy Center’s Board of Directors, Ben brings his strengths in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and organizational problem-solving to support WLC’s mission of advancing adult literacy across the District.
