Brittany is a Case Manager for the TANF/TEP program at the Washington Literacy Center. In her role, Brittany is responsible for the counsel, coaching, and support of the customers, while also providing resources to make sure they are meeting educational goals.

Prior to joining WLC in 2020, Brittany served as an Intake Specialist first at another EOT Vendor before she was promoted to Case Manager. While having much experience in different fields- healthcare, human resources, and other roles, she was an actual TANF customer in 2015 which sparked her passion for Case Management. She used her life barriers to stand strong and elevate mentally, financially, and spiritually. She has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences and plans to obtain her PMP no later than August 2022.

A Maryland native, raised in both Maryland and DC, Brittany enjoys singing, spending time with her family, cooking, and focusing on self-care.
