Ann is the Quality Control Specialist for TEP at the Washington Literacy Center. Ann began her she started as an Case Manager. Now, leading WLC into innovative streams of quality for efforts to minimizing errors in accounts payables, invoices and audits standards of operation this year.

Her experience comes from government contracting with several agencies and departments. She holds a bachelors degree from Southeastern University and is working towards her Masters at Morgan State University. In 2012, she received her PMP from the Project Management Institute and has since remained part time employee of WLC. She is currently working on receiving level 3 & 4 certifications in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes from Internal Compliance Association.

Ann enjoys vacationing, shopping, and volunteering at her church. She is active in her sorority, where she serves her community and makes an impact!
