Allie, Soul Cycle's high energy instructor, led an all body workout for a team from Microsoft, plus WLC staff and generous friends - all who ended the class with smiles, a lot of sweat and ready to go for the next ride on June 9th. We can see why there are Soul Cyclistas - it's an addictive workout and a great way to start the day!
